Some advertising but the concept seems simple enough. Two flower pots, some sand and a cloth. Could make a real difference keeping insulin cool or fresh harvested meat chilled.

Putting one of these in the coldroom even during the summer would also help. My cold room seldom gets above 60F even during extended hot spells.
It is way too cool to be sitting in our basement in the summer.

The stairwell is steady 64 - 67 and that's not cool enough for the recommended slow lacto-fermentation. Yikes, something big enough to hold that 10 liter crock is going to be heavy. hmmm?? Maybe next month the season change will cool it.
