Somehow I missed this when it was posted quite a while ago. I need to peruse these when I have some time. I've bookmarked it.

I suggest reading and putting into practice BEFORE you need to know. Hard to do things cookbook style.

I missed it as well. I tried to order several of the discs (10) with the donation BUT for some reason it (the site) refused to let me order without using pay pal.

Oldsoldier, use a Firefox utility called "Down Them All" as Offdalip suggested. Select all of the ".pdf" files, then hit the space bar to check them.

If that doesn't make sense, just ask for more detail.

I copied them down this morning.

As for a donation, I might send them something through paypal later--maybe I could chip in for you too.

I can't believe I live in paradise!!  :happy005:

Picked up some olive trees and Kiwi vines this morning then loaded the boat with dogs and kitesurfing stuff and spent the
afternoon on the islands 1 minute from our house having fun .

Arbequina is from Catalonia and should do very good here, Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully the Vincent and Tomuri will also adapt, but that will be more of a challenge.........

Atash.... ya gotta remember I'm mostly a computer idiot. You lost me at use a firefox......... Thanks for the offer on the donation, I don't have an issue donating I just refuse to use paypal after they screwed me to the tune of $267.00. I tried to use my debit card and even after it asked for all the info it said I would still have to use pay pal. I was going to order several disc's to give as gifts to some friends and co-workers who are starting to wake up and start prepping.

That's the same one they sell here, but I think olives this far north are a dream. I wonder if anyone got it to overwinter this past severe winter.

Oldsoldier, remind me and I'll send the files to you.

Their is a pretty good pepper disk out called ITEOTWAWKI - And I feel fine  by M.D. Creekmore at www. thesurvivalistblog.net. I have not had the chance to look at mine yet but the content sounded good. I did order his book 'Dirt Cheap Survival Retreat" which I have found is a pretty good book.

I hate paypal.

Thank you! IMO they are crooks. I charged $27.00 on pay pal and they made 5 charges totaling almost $270.00 then after acknowlaging their error refused to refund the differance.

I switched our remittance system out of Paypal for several reasons including the "I hate paypal" issue, but I left it as a choice. I wonder though if it is more trouble than it is worth keeping it. Just leaves the door open to similar incidents to what I've heard from you and others.

i generally refuse to do business anywhere that requires paypal - no exceptions. They are clearly not reliable and i definitely don't want them to have my financial information. ymmv

same applies to ebay for me.

E-mailed Tom at APN and he called me. Discussed the paypal issue, He said anyone not wishing to do paypal could send him a message and he would send you his address to mail a check. Ordered 5 discs.

I still use paypal for sending money to friends for group transactions.  We will often pool money, either to buy things at a discount, or to help out one of us who needs it.

And I get stuck paying $0.30 plus 2.7% on each transaction.  Because I can't attach my bank account to PayPal.  Because PayPal has banned my bank account for all eternity.
