I think you are suffering from inflammation of various systems.  Muscles and digestive system included, but probably others too.  I've heard of some people finding relief by avoiding all foods in the nightshade family. 

I still think you have one of the MTHFR gene variations that causes issues with processing amino acids and can lead to toxic build up of some of them.  My research into this is still very new.  Unfortunately, the discovery of that gene's involvement is so new that the medical industry has never heard of it.

Copious quantities of probiotics (live culture yogurt) can soothe the gastro-intestinal system.  I tend to take the pills and add large quantities of buttermilk, even the gastly commercial stuff works and is less expensive than living on yogurt for days.

I keep reminding myself it takes three shifts (families) to milk a cow or more.

Yogurt is expensive in the stores, but cheap enough to make yourself from milk.  But the number of organisms in probiotic foods is nowhere near enough to replenish a digestive system that is in trouble.  Food levels are only good enough for maintenance.
