This lady has developed a simplified method of storing food. She teaches Mormons and has a nine part video series on youtube. I was impressed and I plan to use this method when I store more food. I skipped part one, because she just covers her own top ten list of reasons to store food. Everybody here is beyond that. This is one of the best 36 minutes and 50 seconds I have spent in recent memory.

She has thought this through and her system does not depend on electricity or a fuel supply, it's all solar cooking.

This is the main website where you can print out the booklet that she uses in the youtube seminars. The equivalency list is especially useful.
